How is it worked out?
Everyone settles with the top winner: each person who’s down pays the top winner, and the top winner pays the other winners. That way nobody makes more than one transfer. Amounts are rounded to the group’s rounding setting, and the total always comes to exactly zero.
How do I add the venue fee, supper or rake?
Under Extras in the game, add one of four kinds:
- Per person: everyone playing pays the same, like a venue fee.
- Shared: someone paid for everyone, like supper, and it’s split evenly.
- Top winner pays: the biggest winner covers it.
- Share of winnings: every winner gives a percent of what they won, with an optional cap.
Extras are folded into each person’s total before the transfers are worked out, so it’s still one transfer each.
How do I pay?
On the Settlement tab, tap Pay next to the person you owe to see their payment details (see Payment methods). After paying the usual way, tap 💵 Paid. The person you paid taps ✅ Got it, or Didn’t arrive if it hasn’t shown up.
Not paying tonight?
Tap 📒 Put on the ledger instead. The amount moves to the group’s ledger and carries over to the next game. See The ledger.
Does 1365 Poker move the money?
No. We never hold, send or receive money. You pay each other however you already do, and the app keeps the record.
