The ledger

Balances that carry over, manual entries and settling up with the fewest transfers.

What’s the ledger?

A running record of who owes whom in the group. Settlements put on the ledger land here, and balances carry over from game to game. Everyone can see their own balance and history; all the entries always add up to zero.

How do I clear my balance?

The Settle up tab suggests the fewest transfers that would clear everyone’s balances. Once you’ve paid someone, tap Settle and confirm.

Can I add something by hand?

The owner and admins can add an entry, for example a shared expense or a debt from before you used 1365 Poker. Pick what it’s for, who it’s between, and how it’s split.

How do I fix a mistake?

The owner and admins can void a manual entry. It stays in the history, crossed out, so the record is never rewritten. Entries a game created change through the game: undo the payment, or reopen the game.

Do I lose the ledger if we stop paying for a plan?

Never. History and the ledger are always visible, on every plan.

Still stuck?
