Terms of Use

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of 1365 Poker (“we”, “us”) about using the 1365 Poker apps, web app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What 1365 Poker is

1365 Poker is a record-keeping tool for private poker groups among friends. It helps you schedule games, record buy-ins and chip counts, work out who owes whom, keep a running ledger and show members’ payment details.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the Service if the law forbids you from doing so.

3. Your account

4. Groups and what you post

You’re responsible for the content you add: group names, display names, nicknames, pictures, notes and everything else (“your content”). Don’t post anything that:

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy and display it only as needed to run the Service for you and your groups. The license ends when your content is deleted, except for amounts in shared game and ledger records, which stay so other members’ records still add up (see the Privacy Policy).

Reports and blocking. You can report a member or a group, and block other members, in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, or suspend or disable accounts and groups that break these terms.

5. Group owners and admins

The owner of a group (and admins they appoint) control who joins, the group’s settings and its records. Owners agree to invite only people they know, to keep the group private, and to handle disputes among members fairly. We don’t take part in disputes between members, but we may step in when these terms are broken.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t:

7. Records and calculations

We work hard to make every settlement and ledger total add up exactly, but the records are only as good as what members enter. Check the results before you pay. The Service shows amounts members owe each other according to what they recorded; it doesn’t create a legal debt between them, and we aren’t a party to any arrangement between members.

8. Paid plans

Some features may require a paid plan for a group (Pro, a one-time purchase per group, or Club, a subscription). When paid plans are offered:

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end your access, or disable a group, if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect other people or the Service. Where reasonable, we’ll tell you why. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the Service down, we’ll give you notice and a chance to export your data.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, or for any money owed or paid between members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

12. App stores

If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google, and we alone are responsible for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use must also follow the store’s usage rules.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the Taiwan Taipei District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
