How do I invite people?
In Group settings → Invite people, make an invite link. You can share it to a group chat, copy it, or show its QR code for people sitting at the table to scan. Every link also has an 8-character invite code that people can type in the app under Join with a code.
What does someone need to join?
They open the link, see the group’s name and how many members it has, and sign in. New accounts just enter the name the group will see. It takes less than a minute.
Can I approve people before they join?
Yes. Set the group to require approval, and people who use a link send a request to join instead. The owner (and admins on Pro) approve or decline requests in Group settings.
How do I stop a link from working?
Tap Turn off this link. People who already joined stay in the group; the link and its code just stop working. Make a new link whenever you need one.
Someone stopped coming. Can I tidy up the member list?
Archive them. Archived members keep their history and ledger balance but drop off pickers and don’t count toward the member limit. You can bring them back later. Removing someone works the same way for the records: their past games and ledger amounts always stay.
Is my group public?
No. There’s no public list of groups and no way to search for one. People can only find your group through an invite link or code you share.
