How do I schedule a game?
On the group’s page, tap New event. Pick the day and time, where it is, how many seats there are (or no limit), whether it’s a cash game or a tournament, and add a note if people need to know anything.
How do people sign up?
They open the event and tap I’m in or Can’t make it. Everyone can see who’s going. If plans change, Cancel my spot frees the seat.
What happens when it’s full?
Without a waitlist, nobody else can sign up. With the waitlist (Pro), new sign-ups line up in order; when someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist gets the seat automatically.
Can a game repeat every week?
With Pro or Club, choose Every week or Every 2 weeks under Repeat when you create the event. It repeats on the same day and time. When one starts, the next one is created automatically and everyone in the group is told. On the event, Change picks a new day, time or frequency, and Stop repeating ends it. Either way, events already created stay as they are.
Can I add it to my calendar?
Yes. Add to calendar downloads a calendar file that works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook.
How do I turn an event into a game?
When it’s time, the host opens the event and starts the game. Everyone who signed up is added as a player, and you can add or remove people from there.
What if the game is off?
Cancel event cancels it for everyone, and their sign-ups go with it.
